Iltaph is an MBA accountant with 36 years of global financial industry experience in banking and investment banking.
He has worked in more than 30 countries around the world.
He has held country, regional and global executive management positions in Sales, Trading, Operations, Technology, Finance, Risk, Compliance and Audit disciplines.
Iltaph was a mentor on the Executive MBA program of “London’s Bayes Business School” for more than 12 years.
He was also an international volunteer with the charity “Save the Children”.
He has always held an interest in personal development, becoming a certified NLP Trainer, having intensely studied with the co-founders Richard Bandler, John Grinder and Frank Pucelik and with one of Milton Erickson’s foremost students, Stephen Gilligan.
He continues to consult to international banks and financial institutions around the world and provides world-class training in Finance, Leadership Development and NLP.
